No — United States is on Ondo Perps's restricted list. The answer is the venue's own restricted-country list, as this site read it — not a roundup, not a guess, not a client-supplied country.

16 countries on their list

AF Afghanistan · BY Belarus · CA Canada · CU Cuba · IR Iran · KP North Korea · LY Libya · MM Myanmar · PA Panama · RU Russia · SD Sudan · SO Somalia · SS South Sudan · UA Ukraine · US United States · VE Venezuela

Signing up usually goes through: the list is enforced at verification, not at the door.
At KYC the account can be closed and a withdrawal frozen while it is reviewed. That lands on your balance, not ours.
The referral pays us either way. Weigh that while reading this page.

Promo code 1WRHAB

You get 5% off Ondo Perps' fees as the programme declares — their fees page and terms do not name the exact 5% or 10% cuts, so those stay unverified here. The perpetual promotional schedule is 0.01% maker and 0.025% taker (50% off base 0.02%/0.05%), read on their own docs 28 Sep 2026; volume tiers may cut further. We earn 10% of referral trading fees as declared by the programme. Restricted Persons are still theirs; payment does not rewrite the list.

You get 5% off Omni Perps fees. ApeX publishes no fee schedule we can read on its own site — the fee pages render client-side — so we do not tell you what 5% is 5% of. We record no figure for our own cut. Their terms page names no countries; payment does not invent a list.
TxFlow
✓ US

Continue to TxFlow →
Promo code OHHI4PUO37

You get 5% off perp fees for your first $25M of volume, and TxFlow caps its invite slots. Their VIP 0 tier is 0.0450% taker and 0.0150% maker, read on their own docs 3 Sep 2026, so on taker volume the discount keeps 0.00225% — about $22.50 per $1M; on maker volume it is 0.00075%. We earn 10% of invitees' perp fees, out of that fee rather than on top of yours. Their terms URL names no countries. Payment does not invent a list.
