Y0C29KS7 You get 5% off Omni Perps fees. ApeX publishes no fee schedule we can read on its own site — the fee pages render client-side — so we do not tell you what 5% is 5% of. We record no figure for our own cut. Their terms page names no countries; payment does not invent a list.
Pacifica
kingi You get a 5% point bonus as a referee — points being the thing farmed here. Pacifica's entry tier charges 0.015% maker and 0.040% taker, read on their own docs 3 Sep 2026. We receive 10% of the points generated by referred users. The restricted-country list is still Pacifica's; payment does not rewrite it.

Which can I use from my country — ApeX Omni or Pacifica?
The venues decide that, at KYC. What we publish is a different thing: whose list names which countries — yours marked when the connection can be placed — and the click is checked at the edge either way.
Do ApeX Omni and Pacifica pay the same referral reward?
Each declares its own programme; both are quoted above verbatim and checked monthly. We add nothing to either.
Why do the two lists differ?
Different legal exposure, different regulators, different lawyers. We do not guess at reasons — we date what each page says and record every later change in the ledger.
