This is our monitor's first reading of the source, taken on 30 August 2026, and it is the baseline every later reading will be compared against.

Read from the venue's own restricted-countries document, never from a summary of it. Seychelles appears in the source and is absent from several third-party summaries of the same list — which is the reason this site reads primary sources.
Restrictions that name part of a country
These do not reduce to a country code and are recorded verbatim rather than widened to the whole country. Widening one would block a market the venue did not block.

Where we read this differently from other summaries
Stated because the reading is a judgement and you should be able to disagree with it.
- The source says "China (Hong Kong)". We record it as two entries, China and Hong Kong, because a parenthetical naming a territory adds that territory rather than narrowing the country. An earlier hand-written version of this page listed it only as a partial restriction; the monitor's reading replaced it.
- "Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk Regions)" names regions, not a territory with its own country code, so it stays verbatim above and Ukraine as a whole is not treated as restricted.
